The full form of MCSE is Microsoft Certified Solution expert. Even with the term it is probably clear that it is certified by the Microsoft and is very important if anyone is willing to keep himself in a separate level in the field of IT. It is also a plus point for anyone intending to settle with Microsoft. MCSE was established along ago and these days there are these rumors that MCSE is likely to bring some‘s certification standards and needs. In fact there was the ultimate necessity to bring the change as the course was quite old and was regarded as very tough to make though. This has been a frequent question –Is MCSE Share point bringing some changes?

The answer is YES.There has been brought slight changes in the field of MCSE.The changes that has been brought will be discussed below.Most of the changes are appreciated while there are also few questions regarding if the changes were necessary and if really the changes could justify the needs of the exams.Is the change of good or for bad?

The MCSE question format has been slightly modified than previous one. Simulations are upgraded and  introduced.Some new methods like drag and drop ways have been enlisted.Other some extra features that has been introduced in the Share point is availability of the HOT –SCREEN and the Active Screen schemes. These have made it very practical for the examination and the Microsoft also expects this one to sort out the capable of the most. The questions formats have been slightly changed. Although all other changes are appreciated the Simulations approach has been criticized by several examinees as well.

Since there will be some changes in the MCSE even those who had already received the certification now needs to bring on for re-certification or updating the certification.Unlike previous now onwards MCITP will be replaced by MCSE.Generally MCITP holders are experts on SQL 2008,Windows Server 2008 ,Messaging , Lync and Desktop and Share point as well.Now onwards those MCITP holders can upgrade for new changes in MCSE by upgrading to 2012 platform

If you have MCITP Virtualization Administrator or Sharepoint , Lync Server ,Enterprise Desk Administrator ,Messaging Administrator or even Sharepoint Administrator you can upgrade and align these changes to MCSE Server Infrastructure.

To those with MCSA Certification as per on Windows Server -2012 one has to give around more two of the exams to get their certificate upgraded to the new changed MCSE.

All the sort of changes have been brought down and is declared to have effective from the July 1of 2013.Before this there was a compulsory rule that everyone intending to take MCSE exams were asked to take some trainings.These trainings are not just simple trainings but rather they are some of the toughest trainings you will ever face. If you feel like you are in need of trainings then you are again welcomed to join but no longer will those trainings be regarded as compulsorily now. Some of the experts claim that these changes might not be helpful or healthy as it devaluates the value of the exams.

One of the biggest changes that MCSE has brought in it is that now applying process has been much easier.Unlike previous you need not to be US citizen to get this certified easily. Previously you had to find the ways to get into USA just even for the certification process. This was like a huge set back in this Certification.Even if you are completely prepared and still you can’t arrange to prepare papers and get a Visa to the USA you won’t be able to get the certification.But no longer such rules apply.So now the plate of MCSI has been Global.

But these changes are not always been taken positively though.There has been lots of critics arguing that these changes makes it very easy for people to get the certification. They explain that these changes are appreciable because that can even connect some general to master people but in the long run these changes might be the factor to devaluate the importance of MCSI certification.As this new uplift has made the MCSI global grip it has been pretty sure that in coming days more and more will take benefit of these changes to get the certification.So with pools of MCSI holders definitely there will be lesser job available and lesser value of the certification.

Despite everything, Change should be accepted.These changes will bring more experts in the field of the MCSI.Despite several critics, the changes has its positive outcomes as it makes the exam quite easy but yet the changes made are not brain-dumps friendly and still those are to be modified and sorted out so as to make it more flexible for the newbies in the coming days.
